Can you imagine working in Ibiza this summer?
CAPADI is looking for REBELlious people from all over the world to join them for the best summer of their lives. Being part of the CAPADI ‘University of Life’ is not about attaining an academic degree, but discovering yourself and expressing your individuality while working within a motivating environment of like-minded people.
The friends you make in Ibiza become your brothers and sisters, they become family. They come from all over the world, enabling you to learn about each other’s culture, language barriers helping you to learn new ways of communicating, the job itself helps you making new friends, it makes you see the world in a completely new way.
You can study at a university for five years, but in one summer in Ibiza, the life skills you learn are something that you will hold onto for the rest of your life.
The role of a promoter in Ibiza is to market and sell party packages created for tourists, working with the big clubs on the island as well as promoting and selling.
CAPADI’s own events. Applications have opened for places on the German, Italian, Spanish, and English speaking teams.
It doesn’t matter how many languages you know, the important thing is that you know how to use one of them well.
You have to be between 18 – 35 years old. You will need to speak either English, German, Spanish or Italian fluently. You should be confident and able to work independently if requested or suggested.
The season commences early May until late September.
Minimum 6 weeks and up to 5 months.
Once you have arrived and settled after your first few nights on the island you will be given a complete training course in all aspects of selling and execution of a sale which takes two days. In our experience the training course insures a higher success rate which means more money for workers to earn.
You will never earn less than 10 euro per ticket sold. Dependent on the event you will earn between 20 to 30% of the ticket sale price. Less talented workers have no problem selling between 35 to 50 tickets a week. More talented sellers can earn this in one day.
You will work 6 days a week for about 6 to 8 hours a day starting around lunch time, depending on your team or goal.
On your arrival a CAPADI team member will meet you at our partner Bar : TANTRA and bring you to one of our CAPADI team accommodations. Our hostel like apartments cost around 15 Euros a day dependent on location and how many people you live with. It is no problem if you have your own accommodation or want to find your own place – we will help you as much as we possibly can.
As much as we want you on our team, all flight and travel costs will be paid solely by you.
Citizens of the European Union do not need a visa to visit or work in Ibiza. In other countries, you will need to speak with your embassy.
All formalities such as work passes and permits will be organized and supplied by CAPADI.
